There are many welfare initiatives aimed at supporting the needs of members/employees and their families.

The welfare portal, created in collaboration with Jointly, provides access to a network of qualified services including parenting support, assistance to dependent family members, work-life balance, wellbeing and leisure time.
But there are also initiatives to support families financially, such as the Futuro Giovani project, which every year awards dozens of scholarships (more than 300 since 2015, the year the initiative was introduced) to deserving students who successfully attend secondary school or university. A family income support tool that rewards the commitment of the daughters and sons of our members and supports them in their growth.

And like the Solidarity Fund, set up by Coopservice, to offer concrete economic support to members who find themselves in situations of great difficulty, such as serious illness, bereavement, medical expenses not covered by supplementary health funds, the purchase of medical equipment for non-self-sufficiency and family assistance
